There are two schemes available - A & B. Should you require, a design can be provided to your own individual specification. The A & B examples are based on 15m2 stands. The specification may vary slightly for stand areas of under 15m2 or 18m2 and above.

SCHEME A
Price per m²: £68 +VAT / €99.- or US$130.00

Specification:

• White walls to a height of 2.5m.
• Fascia (white) to open sides of stand fitting 50cm from the top of wall height
• Company name and stand no., 20 letters per open side.
• Grid ceiling
• Choice of carpet colour
• 1 spotlight per 3sqm of space
• 1 square table and 4 chairs
• Hall and stand number card, at each open side.
• 2 Display panels with fabric cover, 100 x 150cm – per 15m² stand area.
• 1 Lockable counter – 100 x 50 x 100cm – (per 15m² stand area)
• 4 Shelves, flat or inclined – 100 x 30cm – (per 15m² stand area)
• 3.3kW Electrical connection (7kW for stands over 30 sqm)
• 1 electric socket (220V) per 15 sqm area
• Pre-show and daily stand cleaning
• Disposal of stand construction material

Price per m²: £95 +VAT / €140.- or US$180.00

• 1 spotlight per 3sqm of space
• 1 square table and 4 chairs
• Maxima tower cube, 100x100x100cm, white
• Storage area 1x1m with lockable door per 15sqm (ie 2x1m for 30sqm etc)
• Hall and stand number card, at each open side.
• 2 Display panels with fabric cover, 100 x 150cm – per 15m² stand area.
• 1 Lockable counter – 100 x 50 x 100cm – (per 15m² stand area).
• 1 Display plinth – 100 x 100 x 60cm – (per 15m² stand area). Or
  1 Display plinth – 50 x 50 x 50cm – (per 15m² stand area).
• 4 Shelves, flat or inclined – 100 x 30cm – (per 15m² stand area).
• 3.3kW Electrical connection (7kW for stands over 30 sqm)

Both schemes include stand cleaning (pre-show and each day of the event), a basic provision of furniture and standard electrical connection for lighting and electrical socket. Additional furniture and fitting can be ordered using the enclosed form.

The cost of extra construction or interiors will be in addition to the charges made to the exhibitor for the basic scheme A or special scheme B provided by the officially appointed contractor. Exhibitors requiring such work are advised to consult this office. Please ask for a quote for a custom-built stand.

Please note that the name entered at the top of the order form is the one that will appear on the fascia board.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
3-phase power supply for machinery, water connection, waste and compressed air must be ordered directly from Messe Düsseldorf using the appropriate form in the Düsseldorf Technical Order Book (Copy on request as soon as they are available). We will be happy to help you with completing the forms.

On receipt of your order, a deposit invoice will be issued for 50% of the stand construction cost.

Payment of balancing invoices for A or B scheme stand fitting will be due before 17 February 2006. No stand fitting can be carried out until all fitting charges have been paid.
